Step 02

Vetting & matching

We verify your skills and match you to a real, named UAE employer with an approved labour quota — not a vague promise.

Step 03

Training & papers

Certification, medical and visa processing are arranged and funded on the employer's side of the agreement.

● You are not charged for any of it.

Step 04

A written legal contract

You sign a fixed-term contract registered with the UAE Ministry of Human Resources (MOHRE). You keep your own copy.

● Terms in writing, before you fly.

Step 05

Travel & arrival

Flights and arrival logistics are handled for you. You are met on arrival, not left to find your own way.

● Your passport stays with you.

Step 06

Medical & onboarding in the UAE

It does not end on arrival. You complete the required UAE medical fitness tests, Emirates ID and onboarding before you start — handled and guided at every step.

● Supported through every check after you land.

Step 07

Protected wages

Your salary is paid through the UAE Wage Protection System (WPS) — monitored by the government, into your own bank account, on time and in full.
